Refund policy
We will accept returns for unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return and purchases must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email snowbirdartwork@gmail.com. to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless your purchase is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable. It is recommended that you return products using a tracked / signed for delivery service and have appropriate insurance in place for higher value items. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before we have dispatched your order, we are able to accept cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible as we aim to dispatch within 3 days of receiving the order. If your order has already been dispatched please refer to our returns policy above. Personalised or Custom orders can not be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to offer refunds on personalised and made to order items, custom orders and commissioned items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
