Shipping policy

Please note, there are currently delays to all delivery services, within the UK and internationally due to Covid-19, therefore deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive.

UK SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE within the UK on orders over £35. For orders under £35, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Our items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class in the UK, orders over £30 are sent via 1st class signed for or equivalent and will require a signature on delivery. We aim to dispatch ready to ship orders within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) of purchase Made to order, personalised and custom orders may take a little longer, you will be advised of the order processing time when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship internationally from the UK. As international shipping cost vary, shipping is calculated on checkout. 

Items outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail tracked or via a courier service, usually DHL. A tracking number will be provided with the dispatch notice. We aim to ship out your order within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) of purchase.  Made to order, personalised and custom orders may take a little longer, you will be advised of the order processing time when placing your order.

Depending on your location items can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive, however it's generally around 5-7 days, items sent via courier (large paintings) may arrive sooner. Please note that these delivery estimate are only guidelines and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

You, the customer, are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Information and guidance regarding expected charges should be available through your domestic customs service. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Snowbird Artworks at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return delivery.
